There are plenty of time-tracking, project management and productivity tools out there that you and your team can take advantage of. Once your company starts to grow, it's going to be impossible to personally track your employee's work. Make sure to ask them about their ideas so that you don't miss out. The best improvements usually come from the employees who do the jobs daily. We make things more effective by reviewing our processes and improving on them to get the best results. Knowing their process lets us know what the remote teams do with their time and it gives us an idea of what they do when the whole team starts working. We use time tracking for our remote teams.
